Fraud risks are constantly evolving, making it imperative for organizations to adopt proactive strategies
rather than merely reacting to red flags. Recognizing this need, the Training Committee of IIA India -
Delhi Branch successfully organized an exclusive webinar on “Beyond the Red Flags – Proactive Fraud
Risk Management Strategies” on February 28, 2025.
With over 60 participants, the session provided valuable insights into fraud risk assessment, key aspects
of fraud, risk assessment tools and models, and methods for evaluating their effectiveness. The expert
speaker also shared case studies and recommendations, offering practical guidance on strengthening
fraud prevention frameworks.
The session emphasized identifying early warning signs, implementing preventive controls and fostering a
strong anti-fraud culture within organizations. Participants engaged in an interactive discussion, gaining
clarity on critical fraud risk concepts and best practices.
